At DiggerApparel, we understand that when you order industrial-grade gear, you need it on the job site as quickly as possible. We are committed to a streamlined logistics process to get your order moving the moment it’s placed.
Processing Times
1. Standard Orders: All in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same day.
2. Custom B2B Orders: Bulk orders requiring custom embroidery or heat-seal branding typically require a lead time of 7–14 business days before shipping.
3. Peak Seasons: During high-volume tactical releases, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
1. Domestic (USA): We offer Flat Rate and Expedited shipping options via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
2. Free Shipping: Standard ground shipping is complimentary on all domestic retail orders over $150.
3. B2B Freight: Large-scale wholesale orders are calculated by weight and pallet count. Please consult your WholesaleX dashboard for real-time freight quotes.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your gear leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. DiggerApparel is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect address entry; however, our support team is always available to help you locate a package.
